Products: Bespoke Solutions

In addition to existing products, IDS can develop bespoke solutions aimed at cost effectively addressing clients’ requirements. Examples of past tailored solutions include:

Electronic Point of Sale Analysis (EPOS). Using our pragmatic approach to solutions development, IDS developed and tested an EPOS analysis system at a fraction of the cost of the existing pattern recognition (Netmap) system.

Collusive Motor Insurance Fraud Detection. IDS’ client, a major insurance company, required a profiling system that consolidated data from a number of legacy and current systems. Policy holder’s details, witness statements and accident details were combined and analysed based on a user definable fraud profiles to be able to identify collusive motor insurance fraud. The entire project, from initial client requirements to delivery of a pilot system was completed within three months and under budget.
